What happened in a tent while you were camping that you will never forget?

Once, while camping, somewhere near the Cheviot hills, a place packed with trees around me, at a location just north of Northumberland, I woke up after sleeping in the car, there on the bonnet, looking at me, was an owl, It blinked at me, and I blinked back. It did not seem to be frightened, It stayed with me for almost the whole day! I just could not believe it,
I believe that owls have three eyelids, one upper to sleep with, one lower to blink and one for general protection, It is educational to sleep with nature,
This did not happen in a tent, but in a car I had while I lived in UK. After my first University degree at Newcastle Upon Tyne, I had bought a Morris 1000 car, Dismantled the “bulkhead” separating the rear boot from the cabin. By lowering the front seat, I could sleep with my legs straight, protruding into the rear boot, and with my head on the modified passenger’s seat. I used this car to go “camping”.
